A recent article in Massage Therapy Journal cites the following statistics:
"According to the National Institutes of Health (NIH), one third of all Americans will suffer from chronic pain and approximately 14 percent of all employees take time off from work due to pain."
"According to the Chronic Pain Association, U.S. companies lose an estimated $90 billion each year to sick time, reduced productivity and direct medical and other benefit costs due to chronic pain among employees."

At least 80% of my clients report very similar symptoms: aches between the shoulder blades and up to the neck, or down the arm and wrist. For some the lower back is also an issue. The majority of these clients work in an environment like yours, where it is necessary to sit at a desk and work at a computer.
Many of these clients, your employees, seek medical help that only masks the symptoms. Worse yet, some of them are urged to have surgeries that not only result in time away from work, but are costly, often only provide temporary relief and frequently have side effects such as scar tissue that cause the problems to recur.
Without relief your employees are uncomfortable during their workday and are much less focused. A healthy, comfortable employee uses much less in health insurance benefits and is considerably more productive.
My 11/2 hour Postural Workshop offers long term solutions to chronic pain. By giving your employees a basic understanding of the musculature and how it is used throughout the workday, I can present them with the information they need to recognize the cause of their tension and the tools they need to relieve it. In addition, by introducing them to the low cost alternatives to medication and surgery, I can help both you and your employees save time and money.
